You bring the deal. We bring the buyer network, the transaction coordinator, and the closing. The fee is split once the deal is done.

You lock up the deal
Contract directly with the seller. We're not involved in that part. The property has to be under contract in your name (or your entity's), off-market, and not daisy-chained through another wholesaler.

You submit it to us
Property details, purchase price, your numbers. Photos help. The submission form takes about five minutes.

We review it
Every submission gets checked against real valuation and comp data, not guesswork. Usually within 1 business day. If it doesn't work, we tell you why.

We run disposition
Our buyer network, our transaction coordinator, our closing agreement. You stay informed at every stage, and you're never asked to fund anything.
5
We close and split
Fee gets divided once the deal is done. The split is agreed per deal, in writing, before we go to market.
